2. Orders & Contract

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email — this acknowledges receipt of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if payment has been taken it will be refunded in full.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. We accept major debit/credit cards and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day returns policy is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected.

6. Product Information

We take care to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Measurements in size guides are approximate garment guides intended to help you choose the best fit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Bella Monza or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

9. Complaints & Governing Law

If something goes wrong, contact us first at hello@bellamonza.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
