UK Delivery

We offer free tracked delivery on every order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day. You’ll get an order confirmation email straight after checkout. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your junk folder or contact us at hello@bellamonza.com.

Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 working days, so the total time from order to delivery is 4–7 working days. During busy periods (sales, bank holidays and the festive season), delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, customs processing, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated, and you can track it at any time using your tracking link.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can also check your delivery status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. We don’t ship internationally at this time.

Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@bellamonza.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
