Shipping policy

UK Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Express Tracked Delivery	£15.00	1–2 working days after dispatch

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–7 working days for standard delivery and 2–4 working days for express delivery. During busy periods (sales, bank holidays and the festive season) delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays begin processing the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout — if it does not arrive, please check your junk folder or contact us at hello@bellamonza.com.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link is emailed to you. You can also check your delivery status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time — sign up to our newsletter to hear when we expand.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@bellamonza.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.
