Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all orders. Typically, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours. For COD orders, We will contact you before dispatching your order.

Delivery time 

All orders are shipped via express couriers, with delivery expected within 2 to 7 days depending on the customer's location. Transit times may be delayed during festive periods.

Exchange

We offer a 1 year no hassle exchange policy:

Note: If you want to exchange the product, you must pay a one-time delivery charge.

If a product has a (Manufacturing Defect, is Damaged, or is Faulty) upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within the warranty period from the date you received the item. Please note that we cannot accept replacement requests if the plastic cover has been removed.

Our exchange policy is valid for 1 year from receipt of the item. Orders returned after this date will not be exchanged.

To be eligible for a exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and include proof of purchase. You may trial the product, but please do not remove the plastic wrap from the watch.

After you accept the exchange request, we will arrange for our courier vendor to pick up the returned product. It may take 4-7 days for the returned item to arrive at our warehouse. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange within 4-5 business days.
